You'll receive an automatic confirmation email immediately. Within 24 business hours, one of our wedding specialists will contact you personally to discuss your inquiry, answer questions, and schedule a venue tour if desired.
Can I visit the venue before booking?
We encourage couples to tour our venues before making a decision. Tours are available by appointment Monday through Saturday. We can arrange for tours during evenings when events aren't taking place so you can see the space set up.

Yes, we offer virtual tours via video call for couples who are unable to visit in person. While we recommend an in-person visit before final booking, virtual tours are a great way to get a first look at our spaces.

To secure your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit (typically 25% of the total venue fee). Once these are received, your date is officially reserved and we'll begin the detailed planning process.
