What is the minimum guest count for the banquet package?

Our Premium All-Inclusive Package starts at a minimum of 75 guests. However, we can accommodate smaller groups with custom pricing. Please contact our events team for more information.

Can we customize the menu for our event?

While our packages include suggested menus, our culinary team is happy to work with you to customize dishes according to your preferences, dietary restrictions, and cultural requirements. We offer tastings for confirmed bookings.

How far in advance should we book our event?

We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weekend dates during peak season (May-October). For off-peak dates or weekdays, 3-6 months advance booking is usually sufficient. However, please contact us regardless of your timeline as we occasionally have last-minute availability.

Is there a deposit required to secure our date?

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with an additional 25% due six months prior to your event. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date. We offer payment plans for your convenience.

Can we bring our own vendors for services not included in the packages?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own vendors for services not included in our packages, such as photography, entertainment, and specialty décor. We do require that all outside vendors provide proof of insurance and adhere to our venue policies.
